Blue Field Capital is a private equity real estate firm, founded to sponsor, acquire and manage real estate and real estate-related investment opportunities in traditional real estate sectors, including multifamily, industrial, and senior housing.

Blue Field has successfully led the acquisition of assets directly and with a variety of strategic partners. Blue Field is focused on acquiring assets where we identify attractive opportunities and execute a specific business plan or strategy given the unique characteristics of the asset, the market, and current economic outlook. We primarily target markets in the Western United States. Over the past decade, we have cultivated strategic relationships with owners, brokers, lenders, and management companies across the United States. These relationships coupled with our experience positions us well to identify and capitalize on these opportunities.  We follow a disciplined, conservative, collaborative approach as we evaluate opportunities and seek to partner with like-minded investors.  Blue Field and its principals have successfully executed on this strategy and believe its model will continue to provide attractive risk-adjusted returns to its investors.
